Lahore is GMT+5. Most concierge inquiries take 1–3 hours of back-and-forth on WhatsApp. If you message us in your morning (UK morning), Hafsa is in mid/late afternoon and can usually source items the same day for evening delivery in Lahore. For UAE/Saudi (closer time zones), same-day is straightforward. For US (PST/EST), we typically design overnight and deliver the next Lahore morning.

How is this different from your gift boxes?
Gift boxes (PKR 800–8,500) are pre-designed catalog products you pick from /gift-boxes. The concierge service is fully custom — you tell us about the person and the budget, we design the gift from scratch, sourcing exactly what fits. Catalog is self-serve; concierge is "tell us about them, we handle everything."
Can I send a watch and flowers and a cake — multiple items in one gift?
Yes — multi-item curation is the core of concierge. A single concierge gift can combine items from 3–5 different sources (e.g. Sveston watch + Lals cake + custom Hafsa-designed flower arrangement + perfume). It's all photographed together, wrapped beautifully, and delivered as one designed presentation.
What's the minimum budget for concierge service?
Concierge starts at PKR 5,000. Below that, the catalog at /gift-boxes covers gifts from PKR 800. Most concierge gifts fall between PKR 5,000 and PKR 100,000+. Tell us your budget and we work within it.
How long does the whole process take?
Same-day in Lahore is common when you message us before noon — sourcing usually takes 1–3 hours, designing and wrapping another 1–2 hours, then delivery. For complex multi-item gifts or specific stores, plan 24–48 hours. For nationwide delivery (Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar), add 1–3 days for the Lahore studio handoff to courier.
Can you source items from the UK or USA and ship them to Pakistan?
No — we source within Pakistan only. We're your hands in Lahore, not an international cargo service. If the item must come from abroad, we recommend you ship it to our Lahore studio yourself, and we'll wrap, design, and deliver locally as part of a concierge package.
Do you do same-day delivery for concierge orders?
Yes, in Lahore. Message us before 12pm Pakistan time with your details and budget. Hafsa typically completes sourcing, design, photography, and dispatch within 4–6 hours. For nationwide cities, same-day is not possible — plan 1–3 days.
Will I see the gift before it's delivered?
Yes — that's our photo-before-dispatch promise. You see (1) sourcing options before purchase, (2) the assembled gift before wrapping, and (3) the final wrapped gift before it leaves the studio. Three approval gates. Nothing leaves without your sign-off.
How do I pay from abroad?
For international clients (UK, USA, UAE, Canada, Saudi, Australia), we accept bank transfer in PKR or via Wise/Revolut. For local PK clients, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, COD (Lahore), or bank transfer all work. Payment is discussed and confirmed on WhatsApp before sourcing begins.
