All gifts are studio-made by Hafsa Imran in Lahore and photographed before dispatch.
How do I pay from outside Pakistan?
We accept international Visa/MasterCard (charged in PKR, your bank handles conversion), international bank transfers (we share account details on WhatsApp), JazzCash and EasyPaisa (if you have a Pakistani mobile wallet), and Western Union or Wise transfers on request. Most overseas customers pay by card or bank transfer. No complicated checkout forms — just confirm on WhatsApp and pay.
Will my family know how much I paid?
No. We never include prices, receipts, or invoices with any delivery. Your recipient only receives the beautifully wrapped gift with your handwritten message card. The price remains completely private between you and us.
Can I send an Eid gift from abroad?
Yes — Eid is our busiest season for overseas orders. Our Eid collection includes the Eid Bloom Hamper (PKR 2,000), Corporate Eid Hamper (PKR 2,499), Chaand Raat Roses (PKR 2,499), Eid Mithai Box (PKR 4,500), and Eid Chocolate Arrangement (PKR 2,999). Order at least 48 hours before Eid day for guaranteed Eid morning delivery in Lahore. Other cities need 2-3 days advance notice.
Do you send a photo before delivery?
Yes — this is our signature trust feature, especially valued by overseas customers. Hafsa Imran handcrafts your gift and sends you a photo on WhatsApp BEFORE it leaves the studio. You approve it, then we dispatch. After delivery, we send a delivery confirmation photo too. You see everything from start to finish, even from thousands of miles away.
What if there's a problem with delivery?
The Bloom & Beyond Promise covers every order: if there is any issue with your gift — damaged in transit, delivery problem, or you are not satisfied — we replace it or issue a full refund. No questions, no delays. We communicate with you on WhatsApp throughout the entire process. This guarantee applies whether you are in Lahore or London.
What time zone should I order in?
Order any time from any time zone. We check WhatsApp messages every morning (Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5) and reply within a few hours. For same-day delivery in Lahore, we need your order confirmed by 12 PM PKT. Evening orders from the US (EST) arrive the following morning Pakistan time — perfect timing.
Do you deliver to small towns?
We currently deliver to 15+ major cities across Pakistan. For smaller towns or rural areas, message us on WhatsApp with the specific location and we will confirm if delivery is possible. In many cases, we can arrange delivery through our courier partners to locations beyond major cities.
How far in advance should I order?
For Lahore: same-day delivery if ordered by 12 PM PKT. For Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 1-2 business days. For Karachi and other cities: 1-3 business days. For Eid, birthdays, and weddings: order 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred date. We recommend ordering early during peak seasons like Eid and wedding months (November-February).
Is the gift exactly like the website photo?
Every gift is handcrafted individually by Hafsa Imran, so there may be slight natural variations (especially with fresh flowers which depend on seasonal availability). However, we send you a photo of YOUR actual gift on WhatsApp before dispatch so you can approve it. What you approve is exactly what gets delivered. No surprises.
