Paying from abroad and the photo before dispatch
From abroad you pay by Remitly, Taptap Send or an international bank transfer, with no Pakistani bank account needed; in Pakistan, by IBFT, bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Before your gift leaves the studio we photograph it and send the photo to you on WhatsApp, and nothing is dispatched until you have seen it.
For nationwide delivery and custom orders, we take a 50% advance when you confirm the order; the remaining 50% is paid when we send you the photo of your finished gift, before it is dispatched. Delivery is charged separately from the product price. In Lahore it starts from PKR 500 and varies with the location, distance, order type and delivery method; other cities are quoted when you order. Any extra charge, such as urgent delivery, is confirmed before your order is final.
Because the gift is made and delivered inside Pakistan, there is no customs form, no import duty and no international courier. We share the payment details on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
Eid-morning delivery in Lahore
