Should I send the same Eid gift to multiple friends or different ones?
For 5+ friends, our customers usually pick one mid-tier hamper (PKR 2,499 or PKR 2,999) and dispatch it to all addresses with personalised calligraphy cards. We coordinate same-day delivery across Lahore for batches of up to 20. For closer friends within the group, swap in a higher-tier hamper (PKR 4,500–7,500).
Can I send an Eid gift to a friend on the morning of Eid?
Yes — Eid morning is one of our busiest delivery windows. Place the WhatsApp order at least 24 hours before, ideally 36–48 hours for Chaand Raat. We dispatch in waves on Eid morning starting 9 AM so gifts arrive before family visits begin around 11 AM.
Are your Eid hampers gift-appropriate for sending to a religious friend or in-laws of a friend?
Always. We avoid alcohol-based perfumes by default, never include items unsuitable for a Muslim household, and source chocolate/date/skincare components from halal-compliant Pakistani brands. Wrapping is conservative kraft + satin ribbon + hand-calligraphed Eid Mubarak card. If you have specific requests, mention on WhatsApp.
How do I order — is there a checkout cart?
We don't use a self-checkout cart on purpose. Every order goes through WhatsApp (+92 339 1000 203) so Hafsa or our concierge team can confirm the recipient's preferences, the delivery window, and the personalised note before anything is wrapped. Most orders are confirmed in under 10 minutes. Payment options include Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfer.
What does the wrapping and presentation look like?
Every gift is wrapped in studio-grade kraft or premium tissue, finished with satin ribbon (colour matched to the occasion), and includes a hand-calligraphed note. Hampers ship in either a wooden crate, a Bloom & Beyond branded box, or a kraft basket depending on the size. The unboxing is part of the gift — we obsess over it.
