1. Shipping & Delivery

Lahore — Same-Day Delivery

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are delivered the same day
  • We deliver to all areas: DHA, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, Bahria Town, Garden Town, Cantt, and beyond
  • Free delivery on orders above PKR 3,000 within Lahore
  • Delivery fee of PKR 200 for orders below PKR 3,000
  • Timed delivery and midnight delivery available — coordinate on WhatsApp

Nationwide Pakistan

  • We deliver to 15+ cities across Pakistan: Islamabad, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and more
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on location
  • Delivery charges vary by city — confirmed on WhatsApp before order
  • Fresh flower bouquets are available for same-day delivery in Lahore only; other cities receive preserved or fabric arrangements

International Orders (Diaspora)

  • Overseas Pakistanis in the UK, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, and Australia can order via WhatsApp
  • All gifts are sourced and delivered locally within Pakistan — no customs, no international shipping delays
  • Payment via international bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa

2. Order Confirmation & Photo Verification

Every order from Bloom & Beyond by Hafsa includes photo verification before dispatch:

  1. You place your order on WhatsApp (+92 339 1000 203)
  2. Hafsa handcrafts your gift in our Lahore studio
  3. We photograph the completed gift and send it to you on WhatsApp
  4. You approve the gift before we dispatch it
  5. Gift is delivered and you receive confirmation

3. Returns & Refund Policy — The Bloom Promise

At Bloom & Beyond by Hafsa, we stand behind every gift we create. Our return and refund policy is simple:

If you are not satisfied with your handcrafted gift, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How Returns Work

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • How to initiate: Message us on WhatsApp (+92 339 1000 203) or email hafsa@bloomnbeyond.pk with your order details and the issue
  • Photo required: Send a photo of the received product so we can assess the issue
  • Resolution options: Full replacement with a new handcrafted gift, OR a full refund to your original payment method
  • Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

Conditions

  • Fresh flowers are perishable — returns for fresh flowers must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a photo
  • Preserved flowers, fabric bouquets, and gift boxes: 7-day return window
  • Custom/personalised items (e.g., Nikkah cards with names) cannot be returned unless there is a crafting error
  • Delivery damage: Contact us immediately with photos and we will replace at no cost

4. Cancellations

  • Before crafting begins: Full refund, no charge
  • After crafting has begun: We will try to accommodate, but a partial charge may apply for materials used
  • After dispatch: Cannot be cancelled — see returns policy above

To cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp (+92 339 1000 203) as soon as possible.

5. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available within Lahore only
  • JazzCash — Mobile wallet payment
  • EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet payment
  • Bank Transfer — For domestic and international orders

Payment details are shared on WhatsApp after order confirmation. We do not store card details.
