What does it cost each month?

There is no fixed menu, because flowers are not a fixed product. We talk through what you like, what you never want to see and where it will sit, agree what each arrangement should be and what it costs, and then lock that. It holds. The figures below are starting points and exclude tax.

These are starting points, not a price list, and they exclude tax. What you actually pay is agreed with you first: Hafsa Imran asks what you like, what you would rather never see, and where it is going to sit — then tells you what that costs at the frequency you want. Once it is agreed, it is fixed. It does not creep up month to month and there is nothing added at the door. Delivery is charged on each delivery, from PKR 500 in Lahore depending on the area, and agreed with the price. In practice standing orders here run from about PKR 2,000 a month at the simplest up to around PKR 60,000 where the arrangements are large and frequent — so say the number you have in mind rather than working up from the table. Nothing is charged in advance.

What is fixed is the value, not a single recipe. Stems come and go with the season and the market, so when something is short we substitute of equal or greater value in the same style and colours — rather than send a thinner version of the same thing and call it the same arrangement. That holds through the weeks when flowers cost most, around Valentine's, Mother's Day and the wedding season: your price does not move, but the arrangement will look different those weeks, and Hafsa Imran tells you beforehand rather than letting you find out at the door.

Do you do this for offices?

Yes. Offices, clinics, salons, restaurants and hotels in Lahore take weekly or fortnightly fresh flowers for reception and desks, delivered on the day you choose. We take last week's arrangement away when we bring the new one, and every payment comes with an invoice from Bloom & Beyond by Hafsa.

Questions people ask before starting one

Do I have to pay for the whole year up front?

No, and we would not ask you to. You pay for each delivery as it goes out, on WhatsApp (+92 339 1000 203), the same way as any other order. There is no joining fee, no minimum term and nothing that renews by itself. (Sending from abroad is the one exception: there you pay once for a three-month plan, so nobody has to transfer money every week.)

What if I try it and it is not for me?

Then you stop, and there is nothing to cancel — no notice, no fee, no account to close. Start with a single month and see whether you actually like having them in the house. Most people find out in the first three or four arrangements whether it is worth it, which is exactly why we do not ask anyone to commit past that.

What if nobody is home when it arrives?

We call before we set out, so nothing is delivered into an empty house or left standing in the sun. If the day does not suit that week we move it rather than deliver it anyway, and Hafsa Imran confirms every delivery with a photo.

What if an arrangement arrives tired?

Message us with a photo on the day and we replace it, no argument and no charge. In a Lahore summer that matters more than any guarantee written in terms, which is also why the hot months move to arrangements built to last.

Can I change what I get, or how often?

Yes, at any point and as often as you like. People move from monthly to weekly when they have guests, and back again afterwards. Tell us before your delivery day and the next one follows the new plan.

Which areas of Lahore can you do this in?

Anywhere in Lahore. You also choose the day that suits your household — any day except Sunday — and we hold it. Most people pick the day before they tend to have people over, so the arrangement is at its best when it matters.

Can I send monthly flowers to my mother in Lahore from the UK, USA or Dubai?

Yes. Choose how often and which day, pay once for a three-month plan at the same prices as in Lahore, and Hafsa Imran sends you a photo on WhatsApp before every delivery and a confirmation after it. It works from anywhere — UK, USA, Canada, the Gulf, Europe, Australia — as long as the flowers are going to a home in Lahore.

Is this a flower subscription, a standing order or a monthly flower plan?

All of these describe the same thing. Some people call it a flower subscription, a flower membership or a flower club; others a standing order, a monthly flower plan or package, scheduled or recurring flower delivery, weekly or monthly bouquet delivery, or simply fresh flowers every week or every month — har hafte taaza phool. However you put it, it means the same arrangement: fresh flowers on a day you choose, every week, fortnight or month, without re-ordering each time.

What can I get for PKR 5,000 or PKR 10,000 a month?

With PKR 5,000 a month you can have fresh flowers twice a month (from PKR 4,000 a month). With PKR 10,000 a month, fresh flowers every week (from PKR 8,000 a month), with room for larger arrangements each time. Can I book six months or a whole year of flowers in advance?

In Lahore there is nothing to book ahead: you pay for each delivery as it goes out and it simply continues until you stop. From abroad we take three months at a time, paid once, and you renew for the next three whenever you like. We do not take a year up front, because flower prices move with the seasons and we would rather fix your price honestly for three months than guess a year ahead.

Can I send flowers to my wife or my mother every month?

Yes — the same plan works for someone else's home. Choose the day (many people pick the date they married, or the day before Friday family lunch), write a message for each delivery and we hand-write the card free. Can I have fresh flowers every week in Ramadan or for Eid?

Yes. Many households move to weekly for Ramadan so there are fresh flowers on the iftar table, and back to monthly after Eid. Tell us before the first delivery day and the plan follows. Your price does not change in Eid week, even though it is one of the busiest weeks of the year for flowers.
