How does a weekly office flower service work?
You choose how often, which day and where the flowers go — reception, the boardroom, the desks clients see. Every visit we bring a new arrangement and take last week's away, so nothing is left wilting over the weekend. The first delivery comes with a vase.

Can you invoice our company?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice from Bloom & Beyond by Hafsa, made out to your company, so your accounts team has a record for each month.
What happens when the office is closed?
Pause it. For Eid, for a long weekend or while the office is shut, message us before the delivery day and we skip it. Nothing is charged for a skipped week and there is nothing to restart.

- Which day do you deliver?
- Any day of the week you choose, and we keep to it. Most offices pick Monday so the week starts fresh, or the morning before a client-heavy day.
- What happens to last week's flowers?
- We take them away when we bring the new arrangement, so your reception is never left with wilting stems or a vase of old water. Anything still fresh is folded into the new arrangement.
- Can you invoice our company?
- Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice from Bloom & Beyond by Hafsa, made out to your company. You arrange and pay on WhatsApp (+92 339 1000 203).
- Can we pause it when the office is closed?
- Yes, any time and free. Message us before the delivery day — for Eid, a long weekend or a closure — and we skip it. Nothing is charged for a skipped week.
- What if an arrangement does not last the week?
- Send us a photo and we replace it free. In the hottest months (May to September) we suggest long-lasting dried and preserved arrangements for reception, which hold up in the heat far better than fresh stems.
- Is this an office flower subscription, a service or a contract?
- It is a standing weekly or fortnightly order — some people call it an office flower subscription, a corporate flower service or a reception flower plan. There is no contract to sign: you agree the arrangement and price once, and it holds until you change or stop it.
