Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply tap 'Order on WhatsApp' on any product or page. You'll be connected directly to our team who will confirm your order, delivery details, and payment. Browse our flower bouquets or gift boxes to get started. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Every product at Bloom & Beyond can be customized. Tell us your budget, the occasion, your preferred colors or flowers, and Hafsa will create something unique for your person. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order. Our products start from PKR 500 (greeting cards) up to PKR 15,000 (premium Nikkah Suite). We have options for every budget.
How far in advance should I order?
For standard orders: 24-48 hours. For custom orders or large events: 1-2 weeks. For Nikkah cards: 6-8 weeks. For same-day delivery in Lahore: order before 2pm.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan to 15+ cities including Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and more.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available in Lahore for orders placed before 2pm. For other cities, standard delivery is 1-3 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Lahore is free for orders above PKR 10,000. For other cities, delivery charges range from PKR 250-500 depending on the location and order size.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking information and delivery updates via WhatsApp. We also send a photo of your completed order before dispatch.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver within Pakistan only. However, many customers from the UK, USA, Dubai, and Canada send gifts to Pakistan for delivery to their loved ones.

Are the flowers fresh?
Yes, all our bouquets use fresh flowers sourced from local markets in Lahore. Each bouquet is arranged on the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness.
How long do fresh flowers last?
Our fresh bouquets typically last 5-7 days with proper care. We include care instructions with every delivery — keep them in clean water, trim stems, and place away from direct sunlight.
What products do you offer?
We offer fresh flower bouquets (PKR 1,500-5,000), Nikkah invitation cards (PKR 3,000-15,000), Eid hampers (PKR 2,000-8,000), gift baskets (PKR 2,500-10,000), greeting cards (PKR 500-1,500), vintage diaries (PKR 1,500-4,000), and chocolate arrangements (PKR 1,500-5,000).
Are your products handcrafted?
Every single product is handcrafted by Hafsa personally. Nothing is mass-produced or factory-made. Each bouquet is arranged petal-by-petal, each card is individually designed, and each gift box is personally curated.
Custom Orders
Can you match my wedding color palette?
Absolutely. Share your wedding palette, outfit photos, or Pinterest board on WhatsApp and Hafsa will design bridal bouquets and wedding decorations that match perfectly.
Do you make Nikkah cards for destination weddings?
Yes! We've designed Nikkah invitation suites for weddings in Pakistan and can ship completed cards anywhere in the country. International shipping for cards is also available.
Can I order corporate gifts in bulk?
Yes, we offer bulk corporate gifting with custom branding options. Discounts available for orders of 10+. Contact us on WhatsApp for corporate pricing and lead times.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in Lahore, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers for all orders. Payment details are shared on WhatsApp after order confirmation.
Do I need to pay upfront?
For standard orders in Lahore, COD is available. For nationwide delivery and custom orders, a 50% advance payment is required, with the balance on delivery.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Will I see my gift before it ships?
Yes — every order includes a Photo Before Dispatch sent to you on WhatsApp. Hafsa Imran finishes your gift in our Lahore studio, photographs it, and waits for your approval before the rider leaves. Diaspora customers in the UK, USA, UAE, Canada, and Saudi Arabia rely on this signature trust feature to order with confidence from anywhere.
What is the Bloom Promise?
The Bloom Promise is our quality guarantee on every studio-made order. If your handcrafted gift does not arrive looking exactly like the photo we sent you, message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no questions asked. We stand behind every piece that leaves the studio.
Who actually makes my gift?
Hafsa Imran, founder and sole artisan of Bloom & Beyond, makes every gift personally. There is no team of arrangers, no factory, no warehouse inventory. Every bouquet, hamper, Nikkah card, and floral jewellery piece is studio-made by hand in Lahore. Each order takes 45–60 minutes of undivided attention — that is why every product feels considered, not bulk-produced.
