2. Products & Ordering

• All products are handcrafted by Hafsa Imran in Lahore, Pakistan
• Product images on our website are representative — since every item is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, arrangement, and presentation are natural and expected
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice
• Orders are placed via WhatsApp at +92 339 1000 203. An order is confirmed when payment is received or COD is agreed upon
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices include the cost of materials and handcrafting
• Delivery fees are separate and vary by location (free within Lahore on orders above PKR 3,000)
• We accept Cash on Delivery (Lahore only), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers
• For international orders, payment must be received before crafting begins

4. Delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer The Bloom Promise: if you are not satisfied with your gift, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

• All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and product photos — is the property of Bloom & Beyond by Hafsa
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
• Product designs are original works by Hafsa Imran
