Hafsa sends a delivery photo to your WhatsApp before the gift reaches the recipient.
Will I see the gift before it's delivered?
Yes — Hafsa photographs every gift in the studio and sends the photo to your WhatsApp before dispatch. If something needs adjusting (more roses, different ribbon, swap a chocolate brand) we'll change it on the spot. This step is free and is the reason almost no gift arrives looking different from what the customer expected.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery is available across Lahore for orders up to PKR 25,000. We also accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfer (Meezan / HBL). Overseas customers pay via international card link, Wise, or bank transfer. Payment confirmation happens over WhatsApp before we begin handcrafting the order.
